Sizing is based on waist and hip measurement, not body weight. Measure around the widest part of the hips and match it to the size chart shown on each product page — our adult ranges run from Medium through to XXL. If you're between sizes, size up for a better seal and comfort.

Change regularly, clean gently with wipes, let the skin dry, and use a barrier cream where needed. Catching irritation early prevents most problems.

Baby nappy sizes are guided by your baby's weight — each pack lists its weight range. If your baby is near the top of a range, the next size up will usually fit better and leak less.

Tell-tale signs include red marks on the waist or thighs, tabs that no longer reach comfortably, frequent leaks, or the nappy sitting low at the back.

As a guide, every 2–3 hours and straight after a soiled nappy. Newborns need more frequent changes than older babies.

Leaks usually come down to size or fit: a nappy that's too big or too small, leg cuffs tucked in, or one that needs changing more often. Check the fit first.

Not completely satisfied? Return your items in their original, undamaged condition and packaging within 30 days and we'll issue a credit towards a new order.

For hygiene and safety, some items can't be returned: anything over 30 days old, opened or used items (or those missing parts), consumables such as food and drink, and unsealed nursing or maternity products — including opened nappies.
