Not completely satisfied? Return your items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days, and we’ll issue a credit for a new order. Please ensure the packaging is undamaged.

- Opened, used, or missing accessories
- A consumable (food, drink, etc.)
- An unsealed nursing or maternity product (e.g., breast pumps, bottles, formula, nappies)
